Expand Your Container To Receive

I want you to imagine that within you, you have a container where you receive all things and every time you receive something, no matter how big or small it may be, you expand that container. However, every time you reject/resist something that container contracts and gets smaller. 

So often we strive to receive these BIG things like tons of money, a deeply loving relationship, healed body, etc but our container is not yet big enough to hold that abundance because we haven’t learnt to receive the pleasure of the simple things. We reject or resist all the little ways the universe is flowing abundance to us, whether that be feeling uncomfortable when someone compliments you, being skeptical of a gift, missing the pleasure of food while scrolling on your phone, missing the warmth of the sun while overthinking your list for the day, etc

If we can’t receive the little things it is almost guaranteed our container cannot receive the big things either. This is what inspired my first theme for my new monthly group program: Expanding Your Receiving Container.
