This month seems to have brought up a theme of learning to feel comfortable in the limbo. This is often when we are stuck in that space between change.
For many of us, myself included, this space can feel very uncomfortable. Often many of us struggle with beliefs around needing to work harder, needing to do more to receive more, needing to prove our worthiness, and most significantly needing to be incontrol or our realities to feel safe. 
All of these programmed beliefs take us away from our ability to find comfort and even expansion in the stillness. Often it's in that space we find our deepest insights, reflections and healings. It's in the space we learn to allow and receive. 

So this challenge was designed to help us become more comfortable in the stillness of our realities. Leaving the wheel of doing and allowing ourselves to just be.
